The rules for using the MeroNaaso marketplace as a customer.
This text is a working draft prepared for launch preparation. It must be reviewed and approved by MeroNaaso's business owner and legal adviser before launch.
Using the marketplace
- MeroNaaso is a marketplace. Products are listed and sold by independent sellers.
- You must give accurate delivery and contact details when placing an order.
Orders and pricing
- Placing an order is an offer to buy. The order is confirmed once the seller accepts it.
- If a price or stock error is found, the order may be cancelled and any payment returned.
Prohibited behaviour
- Do not place fraudulent orders, abuse cash on delivery or attempt to bypass the checkout process.
- Accounts that abuse the marketplace may be suspended.
