Seller terms
Obligations for approved sellers on MeroNaaso, including commission and payouts.
This text is a working draft prepared for launch preparation. It must be reviewed and approved by MeroNaaso's business owner and legal adviser before launch.
Becoming a seller
- Sellers must apply, submit store details and PAN/VAT or supporting documents, and be approved by an admin.
- MeroNaaso may suspend a seller that breaks these terms.
Listings and approval
- New and edited listings go through admin review before they can be published.
- Listings must have accurate titles, descriptions, images, prices and stock levels.
- Counterfeit or prohibited items are removed and can lead to suspension.
Commission and payouts
- Commission is calculated by the platform for each seller order and cannot be edited by sellers.
- Settled amounts move to the seller's available balance and can then be requested as a payout.
- Payout requests are reviewed and released by an admin.
