Payment information & COD limits
Accepted payment methods on MeroNaaso, cash-on-delivery rules and payment safety.
This text is a working draft prepared for launch preparation. It must be reviewed and approved by MeroNaaso's business owner and legal adviser before launch.
Accepted methods
- Cash on delivery (COD), when enabled and your order passes the COD eligibility rules.
- Manual bank transfer, when the admin has published bank instructions.
- eSewa, Khalti, Fonepay and card payments become available once each provider is configured and enabled.
- Any method that is not yet configured is shown as “Setup required” and cannot be selected.
Cash on delivery limits
- COD is available only in supported provinces and within the configured minimum and maximum order values.
- Some product categories may be excluded from COD.
- Customers with too many unpaid COD orders may be asked to pay online instead.
Payment safety
- All prices, discounts, delivery charges and totals are recalculated on our server at checkout.
- An order is only marked as paid after a verified provider confirmation. Returning from a payment page never marks an order paid on its own.
