Returns, refunds & cancellations
How to cancel an order, request a return and get a refund on MeroNaaso.
This text is a working draft prepared for launch preparation. It must be reviewed and approved by MeroNaaso's business owner and legal adviser before launch.
Cancellations
- You can request cancellation before the seller hands the order to the courier.
- Once the order is shipped, use the return process instead.
Returns
- Return requests should be raised within 7 days of delivery unless the product page says otherwise.
- Products must be unused, in their original packaging and with all accessories.
- Perishable goods, innerwear and personalised items may not be returnable.
Refunds
- Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method, or by bank transfer for cash-on-delivery orders.
- Refund processing time depends on your bank or wallet provider.
- Start a request from the Refund request page with your order number and phone number.
